Well, fall has finally arrived in North Texas and it sucks! It's a balmy 44 degrees and the wind is blowing, giving us a wind chill factor of 38 degrees fahrenheit. Days like this, more than ever, I wish I were back on the Rio, even in the rain!
And I miss the tortillas. <sigh>
I got my hair cut again, in an attempt to bring back the curls that Jessica freed while I was there, but there is no substitute for Jessica here. There's no substitute for anything close to anything as wonderful as the Rio here.
I did play the $310 million dollar lotto last night, with high hopes. Somebody did win, but it wasn't me. Guess I'll try again later.
Meanwhile, those of you on the River, enjoy the beautiful "fall" weather I'm sure you're getting! Hugs to all~

they tell me it is normal fall here....how would i know? rainy nights, mostly nice days, and always a cold beer at the Crow Bar. aahhh, life is good, come on down.
